TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read the "TERMS of SERVICE" before viewing the "COMMISSION INFO"“TERMS of SERVICE” must be read, understood and accepted with all of the terms below before entering into an agreement with me. To commission me and make a payment, you agree to the following information.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • The size of the final image you will receive: 3840 px, 300 dpi (on the larger side). PNG and JPG format without watermarks.

  • I work quite painstakingly and slowly. This is due to my day job as a full-time character artist and the general detailing that I specialize in. The commission may take me 1-2 months to complete. During this time, you can write to me at any time. If there is anything that you want to know, don't hesitate to ask me.

  • Please make a description of what do you want me to draw. The description should include references to the character(s), but if a visual representation is not available, then you can write down a detailed text description, this is also good.

  • If there is a specific mood or lighting you want, please also include references if you can find them.

  • If you don't have any references for your character(s), my work will cost extra. Since I will need time to collect more references for your order on my own.

  • I can also refuse to draw your character or idea if I feel that I won't be able to do it properly. Hope for your understanding.

I DO/NOT DRAW

  • I don't paint heavy violence, very fat people and some specific fetishes (ask if in doubt, it's okay).

  • I specialize in human art, but if you'd like me to draw a furry or an anthro for you, that's possible. And this is especially true for more stylized commissions.

  • Light erotica, partial nudity, soft fetishes are acceptable. But no NSFW sexual scenes.

  • OC's take priority. Any skin tone, any race and any gender. I really like OC's! ♥

  • NPC's and fanart are also welcome C:

  • I can draw creatures and animals (dragons, birds, etc.). If your character needs an animal companion, I would be happy to portray one.

WORKFLOW

  • Communication will be via PM in social media or E-MAIL.

  • Fill the Google form (optional).

  • I will contact you if everything is okay and we discuss the details.

  • I draw a sketch, and you pay 100% or 50% of the cost (as we agree and as it will be convenient for you).

  • I will proceed to complete your commission, and we will remain in touch all this time. Commission includes 2 checks and updates. If there are more than 2 checks, I will charge an additional fee.

  • Finished artwork! 🎉 I'll send you the final image via E-MAIL with a link to Google Drive.

  • I don't keep finished commission files on Google Drive forever, so please save them to your computer or another location if possible.

  • After I complete and you accept the commission, you have at least a month to download all files to your PC.

  • If you need the files of the finished illustration several months after I have completed it, please contact me so that I can re-upload them to Google Drive or mail them to you.

PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

As you may know, Russian artists can no longer accept payments through PayPal (at least, directly) and many other payment systems (including card-to-card systems).
At the moment, there are several ways to send funds to the artist you are currently working with:

  • Payment via bank card (Boosty/EasyStart) or PayPal (Hipolink). I will send you an easy instruction in the form of a picture, depending on which payment method you choose.

  • EasyStart/EasyStaff: a relatively new but reliable platform that allows you to work with freelancers all over the world. Their headquarters are located in Edinburgh, United Kingdom. The service allows you to pay the freelancer you're working with using your bank card. You can switch between two currencies: EUR and USD. Switching to USD may require you to pay an additional fee (it depends on your bank). This service doesn't require an account registration, but it still requires logging in via your Google Account as a compromise. So to use this payment method, you may need to create a Google Account.

  • Boosty: it's like Patreon, you can use a bank card for payment.

  • Hipolink: same company as Boosty, but allows you to use PayPal for payment.

  • Usually I work only with full 100% prepayment.

  • But payment can be 50/50 upon request. The payment plan is especially relevant if you are paying for a large illustration.

  • Payment after sketch. I’ll send you WIP for approval (except only sketch and speedpaint commissions). Any changes can be applied.

  • After the sketch is approved, I’ll only fix my own mistakes. Major changes (adding/changing background, changing pose/expression etc.) near the end probably would cost you extra.

  • No refunds due to technical reasons, sorry.

RIGHTS

  • I own the rights to the artwork.

  • I can put your username in art description. If you don't want me to do it, or maybe want me to add some information about character/link on a particular commission — just tell me, I'll do it.

  • I will not use the artwork for commercial usage, though I will post the artwork in low resolution with watermark+your name to my portfolio and social media.

  • You retain all rights to the intellectual property (e.g., your character(s), related story, setting, designs, etc).

  • You're allowed to use the artwork for non-commercial purposes (personal use only). DO NOT REPRODUCE FOR PROFIT (resell or alter).

  • You can use it as a profile picture, post it in forums, print them for yourself or for friends (if it’s a present), etc. I will also be grateful if you credit me as author.

  • For commercial uses such as T-shirts, book covers, games, etc., please E-MAIL me to find out the price.

  • Every client has possibility to buy full rights to commissioned artwork. Details will be discussed individually.

  • Exclusivity (not posted to social media) can be arranged for a fee.

  • You're not allowed to use any part of their commissioned artwork as an NFT (non-fungible token) or on any blockchain in any way shape or form.

  • You're not allowed to use the commissioned work to train image AIs, or edit it (as in img2img) using AIs (such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Novel AI, etc).

  • I strongly discourage clients from posting hi-res and non-watermarked commission images online. Unless you want them to be stolen for AI-database or other scams.
